Bakery Shortening is premium quality shortening made from fully refined palm oil. Recommended as bakery fat for the preparation of cream crackers, biscuits, cookies, cakes, pie pastries, bread, and other bakery products.

It can also be used as dough fats and for the preparation of cream filling in biscuits and wafers, and is also suitable for continuous industrial frying. Specially texturized to impart good plasticity and smooth consistency to facilitate mixing and easy of use at ambient temperature.
